You can cancel your subscription any time, for any reason, with no fee.
Three Ways to Cancel
- Email support@shoppurevyn.com from the email address on your subscription.
- Call (470) 460-7027 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
- Log in and click "Cancel Subscription" on your account page.
What Happens After You Cancel
We confirm every cancellation by email within one business day. Future billings stop immediately. Any order that has already shipped is not affected (but you can still request a refund on it under the Refund Policy).
We Will Never
- Make you wait on hold to cancel.
- Require a reason or a survey before letting you cancel.
- Add a cancellation fee.
- Charge you after a cancellation confirmation has been sent.
Pausing Instead of Canceling
If you just need a break, you can also reply "pause" to our renewal-reminder email and we will skip one cycle without canceling the subscription entirely.
Refunds
Canceling a subscription stops future charges. If you want money back on a charge that has already happened, request a refund under the Refund Policy — there is no deadline.
